In this hands on class, you’ll be guided through thoughtful techniques and vibrant ingredients that elevate everyday cooking into something truly special. Whether you’re completely new in the kitchen or already confident with a chef’s knife, this intimate experience invites you to learn, taste and create with ease and inspiration.
You’ll explore the delicate balance of miso, soy, citrus and traditional Japanese methods while mastering dishes designed to impress. From achieving the perfect sear, to layering flavours with intention, every part of the experience is crafted to help you feel confident, creative and excited to recreate these dishes at home. This is more than a cooking class, it’s a moment to savour, share and turn into stories around your next dinner table.

The average class has up to 12 students.
Please wear neat casual and comfortable clothing. Sleeves and pants are recommended to protect the skin from hot surfaces. Non slip, enclosed flat shoes are preferred. Please remove any dangling jewellery and long hair needs to be tied up. Aprons and gloves will be provided for the duration of the class.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
