Roll up your sleeves for a hands-on culinary experience just a one hour drive from Adelaide. Your mozzarella journey begins with a welcome drink before your expert host will teach you the art of stretching, shaping and forming warm, silky curds into fresh mozzarella. As the cheese rests, settle in for a boutique gin tasting session and hear stories of the region’s producers and their craft. The warm, rustic charm of the distillery also perfectly adds to the atmosphere.
All ingredients and equipment are supplied, so your focus is simply on having fun, learning, and tasting as you go. With small-group attention, you’ll feel supported every step of the way, whether you're a total beginner or a confident home cook. Before you leave, take a few photos, get your take-home mozzarella and recipes, and walk away with new skills to bring into your own kitchen. This class blends food, craft, and community into one culinary experience.

If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
