Craft your own Outback gin at Western Queensland Spirit in a hands on blending class, explore native botanicals, and take home a bottle created by you.
Step into the Outback and immerse yourself in a two and a half hour hands on gin blending experience. Guided by expert distillers, you'll taste signature spirits, explore how distillation works, and discover how flavours come together. With over 25 traditional and native botanicals at your fingertips, you'll experiment, refine and craft a gin that's uniquely yours.
You're welcomed with a drink on arrival before settling into a private session led by one of our gin specialists. Discover the story of Western Queensland Spirit, sample a diverse range of botanicals, and create your own 500mL bottle to take home. Along the way, enjoy light refreshments and finish with a perfectly mixed gin and tonic made with your very own spirit.
Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required.
Spectators are unable to join the class due to room availability. They may, however, enjoy the Cellar Door itself while the class is in session.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
