You will discover the tips and tricks to prepare perfect gnocchi and arancini dishes with delectable sauces. Chef Stefano will guide you through the process, helping you elevate your cooking skills and impress your guests all while enjoying some local wine. After the cooking class is complete enjoy your meal with the group and an outlook of picturesque views. All of the ingredients used in the class are fresh and sourced from Stefano's garden or local producers.
