Learn to cook authentic Italian dishes with expert chef Stefano Marvello, one of the most celebrated chefs of the Southern Highlands in this intimate cooking class. You will discover the tips and tricks to prepare perfect gnocchi and arancini dishes with delectable sauces. Chef Stefano will guide you through the process, helping you elevate your cooking skills and impress your guests all while enjoying some local wine. After the cooking class is complete enjoy your meal with the group and an outlook of picturesque views. All of the ingredients used in the class are fresh and sourced from Stefano's garden or local producers.

This experience has a duration of three hours

  • This experience cannot offer vegan or dairy-free options
  • If you have any dietary requirements, such as gluten-free or vegetarian, please inform the supplier
  • You are welcome to BYO a bottle of wine for your group to enjoy in moderation while dining
  • This experience has a strict policy of closing the gates 15 minutes after the advertised start time to prevent disruption to other guests

  • Changes are not permitted within 21 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This experience requires a minimum of two participants and will have a maximum of ten participants.

Intimate group of 11 people in a beautiful setting. Stefano was very instructive, attentive and has a great sense of humour. We all warmed up in no time and got down to the business of cooking and eating great, authentic Italian food.
