With an expert guiding you step by step, you’ll learn how to season, fill and link sausages from scratch using quality local ingredients. You can play with traditional and modern flavour ideas as you build your confidence and pick up simple skills you can use again at home.
Once your sausages are ready, you’ll cook them over coals on a hibachi, then join the group to eat, chat and enjoy the relaxed setting. You’ll also take home your handmade sausages and a recipe book, so you can recreate your favourite flavours after the day is done.
