Whether you're free mid-week or craving a weekend culinary adventure, this 4-hour Asian Cooking masterclass is perfect. Along with fellow food lovers, you'll discover tips and tricks on how to create mouthwatering dishes all under the guidance of professional chefs. Learn how to create exciting Southeast Asian flavours that you'll be able to reproduce in your very own kitchen at home. At the end of your class, you'll get to sit down and enjoy your flavoursome creations with the rest of the class. And, of course, there's wine to pair! You'll leave with recipe cards, new found skills and fond memories of a shared meal with great company.

Please allow 4 hours for this experience. This is including time to dine.

  • Most of the Asian classes include seafood products such as fish sauce and oyster sauce. Please select a menu date that is appropriate for your dietary preferences as changes to menu cannot be guaranteed for individual bookings on the day.
  • This experience is not suitable for participants under 10 years old
  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The classes have a maximum of 19 participants.

If you are coming to a hands-on class, please wear comfortable closed in shoes because you will be standing for a few hours if preparing recipes. All recipes and equipment is included in your class fee so the only thing you need to bring is yourself (aprons are also provided). You will dine on the recipes as part of your class. If you are coming to an evening class please note that it may be wise to have something to eat in the afternoon to sustain you through the cooking session. Evening classes eat later because of the later start time
