This hands-on cooking class in Canberra will teach you the art of smoking your own meat so you can take your dinner parties to the next level! The experience begins with a warm welcoming from your chefs, where you’ll be treated to a frosty beer and snack. You will learn valuable tips and tricks on brining, marinating, rubbing and wood smoking.

Feel proud as you indulge in a four-course meal cooked by you with a matching beer in the hand! Leave with confidence and the ability to recreate these mouth-watering dishes at home.

  • This class runs for three hours
  • If you have dietary requirements, please notify experience provider once your booking has been confirmed
  • This experience is less suitable for those under 18 years of age as you are cooking with alcohol
  • You need to 18 year of age or accompanied by a parent or adult
  • You must be 18+ years old to be served alcohol; photo ID may be required
  • You need to wear enclosed shoes
  • Over 7 Days (168 hours prior to the class time) Notice: No charge for rescheduling your booking.
  • 7 Days to Within 72 hours (prior to the class time) Notice: $50 per person for rescheduling your booking. A replacement person can attend.
  • Within 24 hours of the day of your Session: Your ticket is forfeited, and you cannot reschedule your booking. A replacement person can attend.
  • No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Classes run with a maximum of 20 participants.

This class may be affected if there is a total fire ban. In this case, you will be contacted to reschedule.

Please wear enclosed footwear. During the cooler months, it's recommended to bring a jumper as the class is held in an outdoor location.
