Learn how to whip up authentic Italian dishes even Nonna would be impressed by during this immersive Italian cooking class. Under expert instruction from Stefano, master the skills behind some of your favourite Italian dishes like ravioli, orecchiette, matching sauces and a sumptuous dessert.
Grab your apron and your tools and learn to cook authentic Italian dishes from expert chef, Stefano. Set in the charming surrounds of the Southern Highlands, you'll learn all the basics to your favourite Italian dishes including orecchiette, tagliatelle and ravioli, paired with matching sauces and a dessert to finish. Savour delicious local wine as you cook up a storm and uncover how simple it is to make fresh, Italian-style bread. All ingredients used in the class are fresh and sourced from Stefano's garden or local producers. After the class, sit down as a group and enjoy all the mouth-watering dishes you have whipped up. Sit back and relish in delicious food, great conversation and stunning views.
This experience is 4.5 hours in duration.
We are not licensed to sell alcohol, but please feel free to bring a bottle of wine for your group to enjoy in moderation whilst dining. It is your responsibility to inform the Cooking Experience team if you anticipate being late for the class, beyond the advertised start time. If you fail to do so and arrive late, please be aware that we have a strict policy of closing the gates 15 minutes after the advertised start time to prevent disruption to other guests. In such cases, we regret to inform you that no refunds or rescheduling will be granted.
This experience requires a minimum of two participants and will have a maximum of ten participants.
Closed-in comfortable shoes, and no loose clothing.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements: We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accommodate individuals with Celiac or Vegan dietary restrictions in our open-to-public workshops. However, for our Gnocchi and Arancini workshops, we can make arrangements to cater for those with Celiac restrictions. For private classes, we are happy to discuss Celiac and Vegan dietary requirements as we can tailor the menu to the group’s needs. Dog on site: Our dog is kept separate from class at all times. Photo and Videos: During the Italian Cooking Experience, we may capture photos and videos that could be utilised for promotional purposes relating to the Stefano Marvello brand and other experiences. Please inform us on the day of the event if you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos taken of you or your group.
