Join hosts on this four hour interactive Italian lunch cooking class that will transport you to the shores of Italy. All cooking teachers at Cucina Italiana Cooking School have been trained by Luciana Sampogna from the famous Simili Sisters School in Bologna and esteemed author of many cookbooks.

Learn from the experts as you envoke all of your senses to experience the touch, feel and smell of the food and Italian culture first hand while learning a new skill. Prepare a typical Italian lunch including fresh pasta, meat and dessert using the very best ingredients and recipes from the homeland. The flavours will make your mouth sing with delight.

Session Length

Weekend classes run most Saturdays and Sundays from 10am for 4 hours. In addition to the 10am classes, select weekend classes run on Saturdays and Sundays also from 4pm for 4 hours

  • Participants must be over the age of 18 years to consume alcohol during this experience
  • This class is also suitable for people with a gluten intolerance - please advise at the time of booking
