Sydney Weekender has classified this cooking class as 'one of the best places in the world to learn how to cook authentic Italian'. In this hands-on class you will learn to make two types of free pasta: pesto tagliatelle and ricotta ravioli from scratch, as well as risotto, semifreddo and more.
Join hosts on this four hour interactive Italian lunch cooking class that will transport you to the shores of Italy. All cooking teachers at Cucina Italiana Cooking School have been trained by Luciana Sampogna from the famous Simili Sisters School in Bologna and esteemed author of many cookbooks.
Learn from the experts as you envoke all of your senses to experience the touch, feel and smell of the food and Italian culture first hand while learning a new skill. Prepare a typical Italian lunch including fresh pasta, meat and dessert using the very best ingredients and recipes from the homeland. The flavours will make your mouth sing with delight.

Classes are held in a boutique cooking school custom designed in Marrickville. There are dedicated rooms with fully equipped workbenches to create a five course meal by hand. Dining is in a separate area where you will enjoy a meal after each dish is prepared.
