You'll leave with the confidence to recreate these mouth-watering dishes anytime, perhaps even better than your favourite local spot.

The class, led by an experienced chef, runs for three hours and includes the creation of three tantalising dishes. Work in small, intimate groups, perfecting new culinary skills and mastering presentation along the way. After the cooking is done, you'll sit down with your classmates to enjoy the feast you've crafted. Make three different dumplings -

• Midweek classes operate from 6pm, weekend classes operate from 10am and 3pm
