Important information

Session Length

This experience is three hours in duration

Restrictions

Participants must 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required.

Guidelines

Classes are totally self-contained and can be enjoyed on your own or in a group
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to ensure a successful day barbequing for all
No group bookings

Cancellation

Over 7 Days (168 hours prior to the class time) Notice: No charge for rescheduling your booking.
7 Days to Within 72 hours (prior to the class time) Notice: $50 per person for rescheduling your booking. A replacement person can attend.
Within 24 hours of the day of your Session: Your ticket is forfeited, and you cannot reschedule your booking. A replacement person can attend.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of 12 and maximum of 20 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be contacted via email the Thursday prior to your experience to offer an alternate date for the class.

Dress Code

Please wear covered footwear. During the cooler months, it is recommended to bring a jumper as the class is held in an outdoor location.

Not what was advertised

When we booked it advertised free appetizers yet there weren’t any. Website also said at the time matching wines, but there was no wine. They advised by email it was unde shade but the small gazebo in the carpark only provided shade for half the participants. Course and food was ok but not worth $150.
