5 year validity All RedBalloon vouchers and gift cards purchased will have a 5-year expiry, except where the experience has already been booked in. We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.

What is an affiliate?

BRG (Big Red Group) affiliates are partners we reward for promoting our brands and driving specific actions such as clicks and sales. Our affiliates include a wide variety of content creators, online publishers, travel agents and numerous other brands.

How do you track purchases driven through my channel?

BRG uses Impact.com to track, manage and payout partners through the one seamless system. When an affiliate embeds our tracking links in their channels and a customer clicks on those links, we have confirmation on the partners’ role in the customer’s journey and can reward them appropriately when actions are met.

How do I get started?

How do I get paid?

Affiliate must provide payment details within the Impact dashboard, and payments will be sent from Impact 50 – 75 days from the completed action occurring.

How do I get content to use?

Once approved for one of our affiliate programs, you gain access to a dashboard with a content tab where you can obtain creative, promotions and products. You’re also able to request specific types of content through the system.

For every $2,000 driven in last-click sales, you will be given access to a list of free experiences to trial. Plus, we will frequently communicate specific briefs you can choose to participate in which will outline content required, as well as compensation and free experiences available.
