Your adventure begins with a freshly shaken Pisco Sour and the rhythm of lively Peruvian music setting the tone. Guided step by step, you’ll create an array of authentic dishes bursting with colour and character, from tiradito with mango and tiger’s milk, to causa limena, ceviche and the bold, citrus charged leche de tigre.
