After a two hour drive from Sydney, nestled in the Hunter Valley Region you will reach the Audrey Wilkinson vineyards known for its superb taste and finest selection. This cooking experience teaches you how to make pasta from scratch and stretch it into different forms, while ensuring consistency and texture are just right. During the demonstration, you will sample various wines and taste the explosion of flavours in every sip.
To celebrate the connection and wine, you can then taste two handcrafted pasta dishes alongside a fresh Italian salad, warm artisan rolls and homemade biscotti during the banquet style lunch. Paired with the award winning wines, you can now enjoy your favourite ones as a full glass. All this while you are sitting on the deck, gazing upon the vast Audrey Wilkinson vineyard, complementing the peaceful atmosphere.
