Enjoy a two hour hands on pasta making experience with wine, where you'll discover the art of creating authentic Italian flavours from scratch. Begin with a glass of Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, Sparkling Cuvee Brut or a non alcoholic drink as you settle into this engaging class designed for beginners.

With expert guidance throughout, you'll learn how to knead and roll vibrant pasta dough, create beautiful shapes, blend colours and master the art of making Stracciatella, the rich and creamy filling of Burrata. Along the way, gain fascinating insight into the history and techniques behind traditional Italian pasta making while developing skills you can recreate at home.

A fun activity with a great host. The pasta making was easy to follow and the food was delicious. Worth doing as a group or partner. Both attended our class.
