Immerse yourself in the vibrant flavours of Spain with a Paella and Pintxos cooking class in Sydney. Begin your culinary adventure in the school’s demonstration theatre, where expert chefs make the perfect paella right in front of your eyes. You'll learn how to infuse rice with saffron, correctly layer fresh Australian seafood, and craft authentic pintxos, which are small Spanish style bites. The session blends expert instruction with engaging stories about the heritage and regional variations of Spain’s most beloved dishes.
After the demonstration, it’s your turn to cook. Step into the fully equipped kitchen guided by the teaching staff and prepare your own paella and pintxos creations. Once the cooking is done, take a seat in the dining room to enjoy the dishes you’ve made, paired perfectly with a complimentary glass of wine. You’ll also take home a Sydney Seafood School apron and recipe booklet to continue your Spanish cooking journey at home. This class brings together skill, culture, and flavour for a memorable evening of food and fun.
This experience is two hours and 30 minutes in duration. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
