Discover the secrets to cooking tender, flavourful red meat in this full-day, hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of professional chefs, you’ll learn how to select and prepare premium cuts of beef and lamb, mastering techniques such as butchery, roasting, braising, pan-searing and grilling. You’ll use fresh produce to create restaurant-quality dishes served with rich stocks and perfectly balanced sauces.

Each recipe is brought to life through cultural storytelling from the chefs, and between lessons, you’ll taste, plate and refine your creations before sitting down to enjoy a shared feast paired with a glass of wine or beer. All ingredients, aprons and equipment are provided, so that you have everything you need to cook with confidence. Leave with a collection of recipes, professional tips and a deeper appreciation and understanding of the art of red meat cookery.

Session Length

  • Starts at 9am and finishes at around 4pm
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to starting time

Guidelines

  • Minimum age to participate is 16 years old
  • Please advise any dietary requirements at the time of booking
  • Solo participants will be paired with another guest, as the working stations are designed for two people

Cancellation

  • Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of 12 and maximum of 20 participants per class. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be contacted via email prior to your experience to offer an alternate date for the class.
