Roll up your sleeves and learn the art and the science of baking sourdough bread. Choose from one of three locations, and learn how to start and maintain a sourdough culture, about the science of gluten and the slow fermentation process, as well as the techniques for making sourdough bread.As you sip a glass of Italian wine and enjoy freshly baked sourdough bread bruschetta, you will learn the basics of sourdough from experienced Chef Roberto.

At home, you will be able to replicate the process with the simple and efficient process and recipe cards. You will also have access to a very active and supportive community group where you'llbe able to seek help and share your sourdough success. Soon, your home will be enveloped in the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread, and you will never want to buy store bought bread again.
