If you want to up the ante of your backyard barbecues, this cooking class is for you! Learn how to achieve tender, BBQ meat and how to create the perfect accompaniments for a stellar meal. Lead by professional chefs, this class will arm you with the tips and tricks to recreate these dishes at home.
For the avid home entertainer or just someone who struggles with barbecuing; this cooking class will give anyone the confidence to take control of their backyard barbie! Lead by professional chefs with a passion for barbecuing; you'll learn how to whip up a whole three course BBQ meal. On arrival, be welcomed with a cold beer or soft drink and don apron before meeting your chefs for the day. They will outline expected competencies from the session, discuss the format of the day and introduce the menu. You will then as a group start creating the first course, getting involved in the production and barbecuing process. Once completed, you will sit and eat the fruits of your labour before creating salads and sides for your meats. You'll then carve and serve the meats to be enjoyed together again. Available on the day will be premium craft beer or a wine to go with the meal.

Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.
Classes operate with 12 – 20 people in each cooking class plus 2 experienced chefs. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be contacted via email the Thursday prior to your experience to offer an alternate date for the class.
Please wear covered footwear on the day of the cooking class. During the cooler months, it is also recommended to bring a jumper as the class is held in an outdoor location.
