Some meats will be pre smoked to illustrate key techniques, while others will be prepared from scratch, allowing you to taste your creations along the way.
As the day unfolds, gather with fellow barbecue enthusiasts to share in the ultimate barbecue feast, featuring all the delicious dishes you’ve crafted. Your chef will impart essential techniques to ensure you achieve perfection every time, including equipment setup and charcoal use, and introduce you to the Texas Crutch method for tender meats. This immersive cooking experience promises to elevate your grilling skills and give you the confidence to recreate the rich flavours of Southern barbecue in your own backyard.
