Attention cheese enthusiasts! This 3.5 hour course will show you the art of creating your own haloumi at home. You'll go from milk to cheese that's ready to eat, plus you'll get to enjoy delicious canapés, sparkling wine and cooking some of your produce with your fellow students. You'll learn all about milk, cheese making and how to make haloumi the way you like it, because that's the joy of making your own cheese - plus it's a fraction of what you'd pay at the store! Take home your own homemade block of Haloumi, a valuable how-to guide and commemorative apron, and perhaps bring your wallet if you want to purchase cheese making cultures and equipment on the day.

This course runs with a minimum of eight and maximum of 20 participants.
Comfortable clothing and enclosed footwear, with long hair tied back. Apron is provided.
Cheese making cultures and equipment will be available to purchase and take home.
