With a maximum of just ten guests, you’ll enjoy a warm and personalised experience, gaining confidence as you create dishes that are as impressive as they are delicious.
Throughout the class, you’ll explore a thoughtfully designed menu showcasing duck in all its forms, from delicate duck and pear skewers with soy glaze to rich, golden duck wellington wrapped in flaky pastry. Each dish is paired with a curated Yarra Valley wine, helping you understand how the right pairing can turn a meal into a moment worth savouring. By the end of your culinary journey, you’ll leave with new skills, a deeper appreciation for flavour, and the inspiration to host a dinner party your friends and family will talk about long after the plates are cleared.

Please wear neat casual and comfortable clothing. Sleeves and pants are recommended to protect the skin from hot surfaces. Non slip, enclosed flat shoes are preferred. Please remove any dangling jewellery and long hair needs to be tied up. Aprons will be provided for the duration of the class.
