Surprise the foodie in your life with a brie-liant cheese making course! Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, learn to make five different soft cheeses that are truly decadent – white camembert, blue camembert, cream cheese, quark and mascarpone.

This full day workshop will teach you about milk, cheese making ingredients and how to avoid common mistakes in home cheese making. Most importantly, you’ll know exactly what goes into your creations and be shown how to 'design' your own cheese to your taste. From strength, creaminess to firmness, leave with the skills and knowledge to experiment and impress your guests at your next dinner party! Proudly feature your own cheese on your grazing platters, or take your dips, spreads, tiramisu and cheesecakes to new levels. Session Length

  • Course is six hours in duration, from 10am-4pm
  • Usually held on weekends, approximately every 4-5 weeks

Guidelines

  • Special dietary requirements must be advised at least 24 hours before the course
  • Participants must be 18 and older to consume alcohol; ID may be required

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • Once a course date is selected, a $50 fee applies to course date transfers
  • Date transfers are not permitted within 14 days of course date. You can however transfer a course to another person

Numbers on the Day

This course runs with a minimum of eight and maximum of 16 participants.

Dress Code

Comfortable clothing and enclosed footwear, with long hair tied back. Apron is provided.
