Discover the art of cheese making at this hands-on workshop in the beautiful Swan Valley. You’ll start off with cow’s milk from which you will confidently create your own block of semi-hard cheese to take home. Perhaps you like it plain and refined, or instead be shown how to add flavour using herbs and spices. From smoked paprika to sweet chilli, the flavour combinations are endless! Your creation will be ready to devour in six short weeks, or care for it until matured to your liking. Enjoy tastings of cheeses at various stages of maturation and finish with a sit down lunch paired with a glass of wine. A fun and memorable experience for any cheese lover!

This course runs with a minimum of eight and maximum of 12 participants.
Comfortable clothing and enclosed footwear, with long hair tied back. Apron is provided.
