Experience more than just a cooking class...Internationally accredited Chef Joe Cassisi invites you to experience the art and joy of cooking wood fired meat and seafood.
Cooking authentic Italian style meat and seafood in a wood fired oven is an art and joy. This cooking class is designed to teach you how to prepare these delicious products, understand what ingredients compliment one another and use culinary techniques so you can prepare these at home for your family and friends with confidence! During this intimate hands-on class, the chef will take you through the steps of how to create the perfect Italian style meat and seafood using a wood fired oven. You will be taught how to perfectly prepare the food; how to expertly cook an array of meat including poultry, seafood and roast meats and how to prepare and bake the perfect roast vegetables to accompany your meal. The class will conclude with the best part.... food tasting!!
Classes run on Saturdays, starting at 2pm and finishing at 5pm.
There is a maximum of 10 people per class.
Alcohol will only be served to people over the age of 18.
All participants must be over 15 years of age.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required should you wish to reschedule your cooking class.
