Why You'll Love This

What's Included?

  • 2 hour healthy cooking class
  • Friendly and knowledgeable instructor
  • Recipes to take home with you
  • You get to eat what you cook

In this class, start with an education about which nutrients your body needs to help re-balance the body, and which foods to find those nutrients in. Then cook up a feast of nutrient packed goodness, starting with a delicious hearty breakfast, perfect in these cooler months, to start your day with a boost of energy. Next, prepare a satisfying lunch that stays fresh for the next day, reducing the need for extra cooking.

And lastly, cook up a soulful lamb and white bean soup that is so good for your mind, body and soul during autumn and winter. The wonderful thing about this soup is that you can make up a double batch and freeze some for those days where cooking is all too hard. All recipes have been developed by a professional team of nutritionists. Using only fresh, locally grown produce, the recipes you will cook are seasonal and dependent on which ingredients are readily available at the market.

This guarantees that the food cooked is not only fresh, delicious and nutritionally sound but also budget friendly. All recipes are nutritionally analysed and priced so you know exactly what goodness you are feeding your body and how much it will cost. Some of these recipes include zesty chia vanilla porridge, freekeh and fresh herb salad with yoghurt and cumin dressing, and lamb and white bean soup.
