Take the lead at your next family BBQ and cook to impress! Join this interactive cooking class that combines your love of American flavours with barbecue cooking and learn the secrets behind producing much sought after juicy and mouth-watering meat. On arrival, be treated to a beer as you are welcomed to your chef for the day. They will talk you through the format of the day and introduce you to the delicious menu. During the class, you will learn the different BBQ techniques from Texas, Memphis, Carolina and Kansas and the important differences between them. Your experienced chef will also guide you through a variety of cooking techniques such as smoking with charcoal, meat rubs and the "low and slow" method as well as the perfect accompaniments for each. In your class, there will be meat that is pre-smoked and cooked so the end product can be tasted and discussed within your group. At the end of the session, sit down as a group and enjoy your juicy and full of flavour creations.
