Let your tastebuds be taken on a culinary journey through the Middle East during this hands-on cooking demonstration. Run by business owner and cookbook author Marwa Makool, you will soon realise why she is sometimes referred to as a food whisperer. During the class, you will learn the secrets behind making some of her favourite mouth-watering Middle Eastern style BBQ dishes, sure to tantalise your senses. This session is a hands-on experience, so roll up your sleeves and help prepare marinades, spice rubs, salads and much more! And to top it off, you'll get to eat all the delicious food made after the class complemented with Lebanese coffee, tea and sweets. With a full belly and a world of new knowledge, you'll also be given a short tour of the store to see where all the magic happens. Take home the recipes from the day so that you can perfect them yourself and impress family and friends.
