Do you have a wok at home but are not quite sure about cooking the best stir-fry meals? In this class, experience first-hand how to cook classical Chinese dishes on the hot Wok. Learn the secret of Chinese cooking techniques and impress friends and family at home.

The experience commences with an overview of the recipes, including an introduction to the Chinese pantry to make the job of sourcing ingredients and sauces much easier. With step-by-step instructions, participants will then have their hands-on practice in preparing the ingredients and cooking with the wok. your hard work is then rewarded by enjoying the fruit of your hard work with complimentary steamed rice (where applicable) while your creations are still hot and fresh!
Please note: You will learn to cook as a group. You will have one chef demonstrating how to cook and you will assist with some parts of the cooking process.
This class is approx 5 hours long and runs from 10.30am on Saturdays or 2.00pm on Sundays.
The maximum number in a class are 6 people.
