This BBQ Tapas class will bring the Spanish fiesta into any backyard BBQ! Enjoy a glass of Sangria on arrival and say Hola to this moreish menu!
On arrival at the session, you will be provided with a glass of sangria, an apron and welcomed by the chefs who will outline expected competencies from the session, discuss the format of the day and introduce the menu.
The Chefs will discuss BBQ cooking and cover all the important methodology around temperatures and resting meats to ensure that you really impress when you next entertain at home. After demonstrating the first tapas dish you will replicate the dish demonstrated by the chef and prepare and cook the dish yourself. You will finish the session with confidence to replicate the dishes at home as well as being well-equipped with those key competencies to cook different types of tapas dishes.
You will be sent home knowing that you’re a qualified BBQ tapas expert, and will be crowned in glory by friends and family!
This class takes place on Saturdays and some Sundays 11:30am - 2:30pm.
Classes operate with 12 – 20 people in each cooking class plus 2 experienced chefs. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be contacted via email the Thursday prior to your experience to offer an alternate date for the class.
Participants are required to wear closed shoes for cooking.
