This fun and interactive baking class is perfect for those who are gluten intolerant or coeliac, but also for others who want to make healthier lifestyle choices. This 3.5-hour cooking class conducted by an experienced chef covers 6-8 tasty gluten-free recipes. The class begins with making a tailored gluten-free flour blend, before leading into a variety of sweet and savoury dishes. With small class sizes, you'll receive close attention and instruction as you go. Once the cooking is over, you’ll sit down to tuck into your delicious creations. You will receive copies of all the recipes to take home and enjoy.
In the class we cover around 6-8 different recipes. Here is an example of the types of dishes covered:
