If you are a bacon or pork lover, then this masterclass is not to be missed. Head to the BBQ Cooking School in Artarmon, Sydney, for a 3 hour cooking class focusing on all things pork! Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a cold beer and an apron, before meeting your chefs for the day. Then it’s time to dive into the many different ways to cook pork, with guidance on how to replicate all these techniques at home. You will learn how to brine and smoke the pork belly into bacon, cook juicy pork belly, smoke pork ribs and create delectable sides and dishes with the house made bacon. You will leave with a deeper understanding of what flavour profiles work against others play be exposed to searing, roasting and smoking techniques bringing out incredible flavours and outcomes. At the end of the class, you'll get to indulge in your creations with your fellow classmates and savour the amazing flavours of you very own bacon and pork.
