Your experienced instructor will show you and your fellow chefs how to create a delicious Moroccan feast including the likes of Moroccan chicken tagine, couscous and Moroccan doughnuts. Devour everything you create!
Treat your tastebuds to a Moroccan vacation during this hands-on cooking class. An expert chef will teach you the basics to a number of authentic Moroccan dishes, with an emphasis on the subtle use of spices with meats, fish and vegetables, complemented with traditional accompaniments to create an explosion of aromas, tastes and colours. On the agenda, you will learn to make Moroccan chicken tagine, pastry wrapped in "brik" egg, tomato and capsicum salad, lamb tagine, couscous and Moroccan doughnuts. The venue is BYO, so why not bring a bottle of your favourite tipple and complement it with your meal. No matter your skills and previous cooking experience, you're welcome to come join and have some amazing fun with like minded people!
