An expert chef will teach you the basics to a number of authentic Moroccan dishes, with an emphasis on the subtle use of spices with meats, fish and vegetables, complemented with traditional accompaniments to create an explosion of aromas, tastes and colours. On the agenda, you will learn to make Saffron-Ras el hanout Moroccan Chicken, preserved lemon, chilli & mint; 'Madbuha' Tomato & Roasted Capsicum salad; Moroccan Lamb Cigars; Chickpeas & Vegetable Couscous salad; Freshly baked Moroccan Bread; ‘Mhancha’ Moroccan Almond Cake Dessert. The venue is BYO, so why not bring a bottle of your favourite tipple and complement it with your meal. No matter your skills and previous cooking experience, you're welcome to come join and have some amazing fun with like minded people!
