You'll relax on a heated waterbed as low-frequency vibrations gently massage your body, easing tension and improving circulation. At the same time, soft sounds and lighting help you get into a meditative state to refocus and recharge. Over 90 minutes, this immersive sound therapy creates a restorative experience that engages body and mind in perfect harmony.
Fully relaxed and recovered, head to Continental Deli Bar Bistro for a deli lunch and a cocktail. Choose a signature sandwich from the menu, like the meatball and parmigiano reggiano, roast veg, mortadella with gordal olives, or the ham cheese and pickle. Pair your meal with one of the venue’s famous canned cocktails, mixed and sealed on site. With your wellness session, sandwich, and cocktail all included, this experience combines deep relaxation and culinary pleasures, making it a great gift or indulgent treat.
