We were served our glasses of wine, but the staff member walked away without any explanation. After waiting around 10 minutes—with no guidance and seeing staff occupied elsewhere—we began drinking the wine on our own. When the cheese was eventually brought out, there was still no information provided about the wines. We ended up having to look up the regions ourselves. The whole experience felt very hands-off—essentially “here is your wine and cheese, enjoy,” with no real service or engagement.
