Serving up French and modern Australian-inspired fare, sit down to indulge in a five course seasonal degustation that combines various textures and flavours in pure, refined and exciting dishes. With a lucky loved one, you will indulge in a clever array of share-style courses that may include delights such as charred octopus with preserved strawberry, guindilla pepper, tomato bisque and bhuja spice, orecchiette pasta with duxell, truffle mascarponi, double smoked speck and pomegranate, and deconstructed vanilla and cardamon milk cheesecake. To top it off, the fine dining restaurant brings to life the styles of a glamorous bygone era with French Renaissance furniture, vintage china and antique paintings. Perfect for a romantic date night, special celebration or just because.

Session Length

  • Allow two hours for this experience
  • Opening hours: Tuesday to Thursday 5pm-10:30pm, Friday 5pm-12am, Saturday 12-2:30pm, 5pm-12am
  • Closed Sunday and Monday

  • Dietary requirements can only be catered for with at least 48 hours notice
  • Paired wines can be added on the night for $55 per person
  • You must be 18 years and older to consume alcohol; ID may be required
