The feast begins with mixed olives and a Pinxto of your choice, enjoyed with a glass of chilled sangria. Continue with the Tabla Ibérica, which is a spread of Jamón Ibérico, truffle salami, Manchego cheese, and sweet onion and grape relish, all served alongside bread and crisp crackers. Each bite introduces you to the depth, tradition, and richness of Spain's most beloved flavours.

Next up is a guided tapas selection, paired perfectly with a glass of Spanish white wine. Featured tapas include Duo of Anchovies with boquerones and charred peppers, pickled baby octopus with cashew romesco and chorizo crumb, and smoked mussels with Jamón Ibérico, tomato and goat curd. Head to Spain without the plane

[Employee of redballoon] If you’re craving a little Spanish magic, this experience is chef’s kiss! From the moment you sit down, it feels like a mini holiday. The sangria? Refreshing and fruity – the perfect start. The amount of tasting plates we got to try was awesome, all different cuts and kinds of meats and fish with strong delicious flavours. The venue was really cozy tucked away in the new Hay Street Market but felt authentic and had a great moody candle lit vibes - perfect for any celebration. Can't wait to go back!
