Working closely with local producers, Derek knows exactly where and how his produce was farmed and raised, bring his belief of ‘Fresher food tastes better’ to the table. Grant Burge Wines is the home of sparkling wine in South Australia. The knowledgeable and friendly staff will guide you through the three featured sparkling wines during your Sunday breakfast experience.
