Chef Elton Inglis has been described as pedantic with his stance on quality produce and this commitment is extended to the wine list too - most of the wine is sourced at Auction houses and bespoke wineries.

  • This experience is available 7 days a week, 12pm to 2:30pm
  • Please allow 3 hours for your dining experience
  • Please note this experience is not available March - July 2020 due to renovations


  • Participants must be over the age of 18 to consume alcohol during this experience
  • Please advise of any dietary requirements upon booking
  • Menus are seasonal and subject to change


Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:


  • Over 2 weeks prior to the experience date: No charge
  • 48 hours to up to 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person participant fee to change the experience date and time
  • Within 48 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances

  • Smart, casual clothing is required
  • Please do not wear thongs, sports shoes or shorts
