From the serene Forest pools to the stunning Seasons pool, each spot offers a unique experience. Allow the healing waters to rejuvenate your body as you detox from the stresses of daily life. Embrace the tranquillity of the sauna, steam room and plunge pools alongside your loved one.

Then indulge in a luxurious brunch with a mimosa or your choice of a non alcoholic beverage at Thyme, all while surrounded by the serene ambience of the spa and the Mornington Peninsula. You'll receive a complimentary bathrobe, towel and a locker, encouraging you to take a break from everyday distractions and completely relax in this sanctuary. Arrival for bathing before 9am
Last sitting for brunch is at 10am
Please allow at least four hours for this experience
Guests are welcome to continue bathing after brunch
Blackout periods apply from 25th December to 26th January inclusive, and all Victorian public holidays

Restrictions

Bathing in geothermal springs is not recommended during pregnancy. Dipping feet in the springs is fine, but full immersion may raise body temperature to unsafe levels. Those with certain medical conditions should seek medical advice before entering the springs.

Guidelines

Bookings are essential and need to be made at least 48 hours in advance
Phones, laptops and smartwatches aren't permitted in the Alba springs, spa or restaurant
Alba is a smoke free venue and premise
Dietary requirements can be accommodated for so please notify staff on arrival
Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

In the event of thunderstorms, guests will be asked to leave the pools until the storm passes.

Dress Code

Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the springs. Hats, rash vests, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended while bathing. Please note, clothing such as t-shirts are not permitted in the springs, as the high mineral content of the water may cause discolouration. We suggest you don't wear jewellery in the springs as the minerals may cause tarnishing. Waterproof footwear, such as thongs or sandals, is highly recommended throughout the springs and wet areas. Please note footwear is required to enter the restaurant.

A great preessie

I was given a RedBalloon voucher for my birthday a few years ago and noticed it was nearing its expiry date. I went online and redeemed it for the Alba Early Rise Experience for two, which conveniently extended the voucher's validity for a few more years. What a wonderful decision that turned out to be. Arriving early meant there were very few other guests around, allowing us to fully appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the bathhouse. Everything was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly calming. We loved every moment of the experience. The facilities were exceptional, and the food at Thyme was absolutely divine. It was a truly memorable and relaxing experience from start to finish. Thank you for such a special experience.

Loved the Alba Thermal experience which we received as a gift. The brunch was delicious with nice choices. Plus a mimosa at 10.00 am was a great way to start the day. The pools with varying temperatures was a great way to move through the property (we tried 12 pools). It started to rain while we were there but it did not diminish the experience. We were there for 6 hours.

An awesome spacious facility set in a landscape of serene sand dune beauty. Each pool situated privately around meandering pathways to allow for a private and quiet nourishing time in each pool. A variety of temperature is added compliment. Service was exceptional as was the restaurant and menu selections. Our bodies felt nourished and relaxed. We will definitely do it again.

Relaxing Morning Escape at Alba

I had a wonderful morning at Alba Thermal Springs. We arrived early in the morning which was great as it was super quiet and we could try out all the different pools and admire the scenery. We then followed with a delicious brunch and beverage where the staff were super helpful and attentive. Overall as It was a great way to switch off and reset for the week ahead!
