Take a seat at the multi-award-winning Ochre Restaurant at Harbour Lights, overlooking the stunning Cairns Marina. You'll enjoy a two-hour, four-course tasting menu that celebrates the finest Australian produce with innovative flair.

You'll begin your culinary journey with a wattle seed damper loaf served with macadamia oil and native dukka. For your entree you'll savour smoked salmon with green papaya salad, tempura gulf bugs with lemon aspen sambal, crocodile wonton with capsicum jam, and Queensland scallops with pineapple chilli jam.

Then you'll choose between two delectable main courses: fresh barramundi fillet with pineapple salsa and Asian greens, or Tablelands beef fillet with sweet potato galette and quandong chilli glaze.

Your meal will end on a high note with a wattleseed pavlova topped with Davidson plum sorbet and macadamia biscotti. Paired with fine wine and accompanied by tea or coffee, this exquisite dining experience promises to be truly exceptional.

[Employee of redballoon] Really enjoyed the four-course Australian dining experience. Great value for money and the portions were huge. Service was friendly and efficient, and the view over the boardwalk made it a really nice spot for dinner. I even got to try crocodile, which was a fun addition.

Our Dining Experience at Ochre Cairns was absolutely incredible - The Food, the wine and the attentive service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this dining experience for a special occasion or as a gift.
