Indulge in an extraordinary dining experience at the multi-award-winning Ochre Restaurant at Harbour Lights, offering stunning views of Cairns Marina. You'll begin your culinary journey with a selection of teas or coffee and a wattle seed damper loaf served with macadamia oil and native dukka.

For your entree, you'll relish in a seafood selection featuring smoked salmon with green papaya salad, tempura gulf bugs with lemon aspen sambal, crocodile wonton with capsicum jam, and Queensland scallops with pineapple chilli jam.

Then you'll choose from two exceptional main courses: a fresh barramundi fillet with pineapple salsa and Asian greens, or a Tablelands beef fillet with sweet potato galette and quandong chilli glaze, accompanied by a garden salad dressed in lemon aspen and macadamia.

You and your guest will finish your meal with a wattleseed pavlova topped with Davidson plum sorbet and macadamia biscotti.

The 6 course tasting menu was a gift from a friend in lieu of flowers after a medical intervention. This was a perfect gift. I could share with my partner and enjoy a lovely night out. The menu was delicious and the ambience perfect.

We were given a 6 course degustation as a present. Our first tiime at Ochre and we will be returning. Each course was simply devine. Our favourites were the beetle leaf, the fried quail and the lemon meringue dessert. Thank you for a lovely evening
