Discover a delightful culinary experience with our tasting menu for two at Hatch. This carefully crafted selection of eight courses showcases our chef's creativity and the quality of our ingredients. You'll begin your meal with pumpkin foccacia, followed by a variety of innovative dishes. Highlights include king prawn risoni with XO butter, steak tartare, and succulent duck breast. Then you'll enjoy sides like our triple-cooked wagyu fat roasties and house salad. End on a sweet note with berry & fig delice. To enhance your dining experience, we include a bottle of our house wine, with your choice of red or white. Non-alcoholic alternatives are available upon request. This 2.5-hour dining experience is perfect for special occasions or a memorable night out. We understand life gets busy, which is why all vouchers and gift cards purchased have a 5-year expiry. The only exception to our expiry terms is if the experience has already been booked in. We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
