This restaurant offers to provide guests with nothing but the finest Middle Eastern cuisine. Proclaimed an institution that sets the standard for fine Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dining in Australia by the Sydney Morning Herald, it show-cases the finest Australian produce with a Lebanese twist. This is accompanied by a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from Hawke's Bay New Zealand or Shiraz from Barossa Valley South Australia.

  • Feta served with lettuce, tomato and extra virgin olive oil

  • Mixed marinated pickles (Kabees) plate of kalamata olives, pickled cucumbers, turnips, radish and whole chillies
  • Puree of chick peas blended with tahina and lemon juice
  • Yoghurt (Labne)
  • Tabouli of parsley, tomato, shallot, crushed wheat and mint mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil
  • Chef's Salad
  • Chick pea croquettes (Falafel) of a mixture of chick peas, broad beans, onions, garlic, herbs
  • Lamb pastry (Sambousik) made from minced lamb, pine nuts and onion wrapped in fine pastry
  • Skewered chicken (Shish tawouk) marinated with traditional spices, and a hint of garlic
  • Skewered lamb (Shish kebab) marinated in vinegar and traditiona spices

  • Lunch is available Friday, Saturday & and Sunday from 11:30am to 3pm
  • Dinner is available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 5:30pm to late
  • Not available for bookings on Saturday evenings

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and organised with them directly according to this policy:

Rescheduling

  • Over 24 hours prior to the experience date: Changes to booking date or time are permitted
  • Within 24 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Changes to the booking are not permitted
