Captain's Banquet

  • Crispy pork with kaffir lime, fried shallots, sticky orange and chilli sauce
  • Ras el hanout calamari with macerated fennel, fresh herbs and preserved lemon aioli
  • Lamb tagine with harissa, citrus couscous, fresh herbs, sumac yoghurt and flatbread
  • Northern rivers rump with spinach puree, mushroom, goats cheese and sherry gastrique
  • Amlou warm goat's cheese salad with baby lead, sourdough, apple and thyme

Admiral's Banquet

  • Lamb cigars with brik pastry, sumac yoghurt, harissa and fresh herb salad
  • Chargrilled prawns with chermoula rub, harissa, preserved lemon aioli, goats cheese and za'atar
  • Chicken tagine with harissa, citrus couscous, fresh herbs, sumac yoghurt and flatbread
  • Lamb shoulder with toasted almonds, pomegranate molasses, smoked labneh, walnut and parsley
  • Warm broccolini salad with roast pumpkin, onion, goats cheese, almond and tarragon dressing

Lieutenant's Banquet (vegetarian)

  • Baked cauliflower with pistachio pesto, toasted nuts, dried fruit and micro herbs
