Using low and slow style of cooking meat, the American BBQ uses techniques such as smoking, gourmet rubs and homemade marinades to truly accentuate your meat, producing unique flavours. Drawing influences from across the USA from Texan style brisket to Kansas City sticky pork ribs and North Carolina wood-smoked pork shoulder with a dash of vinegar, this experience showcases the All Stars of the all-American BBQ.

Once the hard work is done, you'll all sit down and enjoy a wonderful meaty spread. It wouldn't be an all star, All American BBQ without of course some authentic American Beer. Learn the tips and tricks from the BBQ experts before practicing your new-found skills yourself on the BBQ. This cooking class is kept friendly and small to ensure everyone gets the most out of their lesson. Taught by approachable and entertaining chefs in a relaxed and social environment, a weekend or evening BBQ class is a fabulous and unique.
This class goes for 2.5 - 3 hours, depending on number of participants in the group.
There will be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 participants in the class.
Please wear something comfortable and enclosed shoes as you'll be standing as the BBQ's cooking, then sitting on stools and a bench to dine.
As alcohol is served during this experience, minimum age of participants must be 18 years.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required should you need to reschedule this experience.
Within 48 hours or "No Shows" on the day will result in vouchers being forfeited.
