This marries up beautifully with the iconic simplicity and beauty of Japanese food presentation. This class will focus on utilising the freshest of seasonal ingredients and you will learn the meticulous process of food preparation and presentation of dishes in a traditional style. You will leave with the knowledge and skill to prepare such dishes for your next event. Below is a sample of the seasonal class menu:
