Expert chef tuition and you are required to work with one another in the class.

You will learn to recreate the wonderful tastes of Thailand that everyone loves, using the very best local produce and enjoyed together around a communal cooking table. With all fresh ingredients on hand, prepare to learn the fundamentals of Thai ingredients and flavours and have a play with flavours that suit your taste buds. Known as the land of smiles, Thai people are generous, welcoming and relaxed. With this, the food of Thailand will also take you through some history, culture and stories of its people shared by your chef. Inspired by communal eating around the Thai family table, the menu is made up of delicious dishes created for sharing. Below is the exciting seasonal menu on offer:

Kaeng Khiao Wan - Green Curry Paste or
Kaeng Phet- Red Curry Paste
Tod Man Khao Pod - Fried Corn Fritters
Som Tam - Green Papaya Salad
Kaeng Khiao Wan Kai - Green Curry Chicken or
Kaeng Phed Phet Yang- Red Curry Duck

Session Length

Please allow 3 hours for the duration of this experience
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time as doors will be locked promptly at commencement of the class

Restrictions

Liquor is served people over 18 years old. The provider has the right to refuse entry to participants if they are not wearing appropriate footwear or clothing.

Guidelines

Please dress comfortably for a kitchen equipment
Long hair should be tied back and jewellery is kept to a minimum
Shoes should be non-slip and must be closed-in
Dietary requirements must be advised at least 7 days prior to your booking.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

There will be a minimum of 10 participants and maximum of 16 participants.

Dress Code

Please wear close toed shoes appropriate for kitchen environments.

Only criticism was that it was a bit rushed and perhaps finishing 20 minutes earlier than the published time might have been a factor.

I had a birthday cooking class from my daughter who is in Melbourne. I bought my husband along to company me. We had great time cooking with chef Ha. We made first ever fresh curry paste and the smell is amazing. The curry paste was used for all the dishes. Plenty of foods and we bought some home too. Highly recommend for a gift voucher.
