This is the perfect class for anyone that loves seafood and wants to gain more confidence cooking it. Learn where to buy, how to prepare and how to present fantastic seafood. This class assumes no knowledge but the more you already know about cooking, the more you'll learn from experienced chefs.
Recipes from Thailand, Australia, Spain and Italy showcase a stunning range of seafood, which can be easily replicated in your home kitchen. More than just watching a chef showing how it’s done, this lesson is also hands on. This means you get lots of practice before being let loose to create your lunch.
This experience mostly operates on Saturdays and Sunday and runs for 3 hours. Subject to availability.
This experience is not suitable for people under 18 years of age.
Dietary requirements such as gluten free or vegetarian (but not Vegan) can be accommodated at no extra charge. Please state at the time of booking.

Any changes to a booking up to 5 days before a class will incur a $25 administration fee (GST included).
No changes (apart from attendee name), can be made to a booking less than 5 days before a class.
This class runs with a maximum of 16 people. During the class you will usually be cooking in pairs. A minimum of 10 people are required to run each class. Participants will be contacted prior to the class date to reschedule if minimum numbers have not been reached.
This experience does not have provision for spectators.
This experience is not affected by weather.
Closed shoes must be worn, preferably with solid soles and good grip. Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. Aprons are provided.
