This class will show just how easy and satisfying it is to make your own macaroons from scratch! Watch the expert first, and then you'll get involved and make your own. At the end of the class, you can all enjoy your macaroons together!

What's included?

  • Three hour cooking class
  • All equipment and ingredients are provided

Your experienced chef will begin this class with a demo, showing you exactly how to make these delicate desserts. Then everyone will have the chance to create their own macaroons and enjoy tasting them all at the end of the class! Take home the recipe so you can create them again for family and friends.

This class runs with a maximum of 16 people. During the class you will usually be cooking in pairs. A minimum of 10 people are required to run each class. Participants will be contacted prior to the class date to reschedule if minimum numbers have not been reached.

Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. Aprons are provided. Closed shoes must be worn, preferably with solid soles and good grip.

Easy to follow, tasty macaron making

Gabriele was a really great teacher, he gave a really thorough demonstration and then easy written steps to follow. The kitchen was really well equipped and clean. I will definitely be making another batch on my own soon
